Because I never felt like it was safe to be my authentic self, I never felt like I belonged anywhere. Today, I choose to belong wherever I find myself and create safe places for my whole self and make places for other people to experience that too. (See my TEDx talk below for the full story.)
My practice is that the people around me always feel that their most unloved parts can be loved and are safe around me.

My Approach
Full Spectrum:
My approach to coaching is to focus on what works to create what you want to create. No dogmas, only possibilities to choose from the full spectrum rather than a binary “right or wrong” and a path to make them reality.
Mult-Disciplinary
I take an integrative, multidisciplinary approach to transformation and healing.
My degrees in religious studies, performance arts, and business (MBA) give me a deep understanding of many disciplines.
Practical
I synthesize a variety of tools, including emotional intelligence, positive psychology, improv, music, ancient religions and philosophies, shadow work, masculine/feminine dynamics, visualization, meditation, ethical sales and marketing, partnership, and agreements, and more to make them useful in everyday life.
Intuitive:
All of these things can be used to show the connections: to your past story, what you want to create, what's in the way, how to clear it, and a path forward to create it.
I believe that we can create more possibilities by building on our collective experiences than we can alone, and that by partnering with others, and everything around us, we can become exponential.
